Brasserie Max's Sake Martini – Recipe

For something a little unexpected, enjoy this sophisticated cocktail. It’s light, aromatic and sippable, and pairs nicely with a few chunks of parmesan.

Saketini

Yields one serving

30ml gin – a quality London dry gin is ideal

15ml Lillet Blanc – a light, herbal fortified wine

15ml sake – preferably a delicate, balanced sake

Combine the gin, Lillet Blanc, and sake in a cocktail shaker, toss in plenty of ice cubes and stir for 30 seconds to chill well. Pour into a frosty martini glass and enjoy.

An elegant drink blending East and West
