Ex- BBC Advisers Undergo MPs' Inquiry Following Allegations of Partiality in Leaked Document
We begin with inquiries from Conservative MP the panel's head, who chairs the group.
She initiates by providing details to the disclosed memo written by Michael Prescott and released in a daily publication.
"I do not desire the British Broadcasting Corporation leaning toward one side or the other, My only wish is for it neutral, fair and fair," he says.
When asked if he considers the BBC is structurally prejudiced, the adviser answers: "Absolutely not. It is important to note, tons of stuff the British Broadcasting Corporation does is exceptional - both informative and fictional shows."
Nevertheless, he states: "There exists real work that requires attention at the British Broadcasting Corporation."
A further former external British Broadcasting Corporation consultant questioned by the group, Caroline Daniel, states she takes the British Broadcasting Corporation extremely earnestly and that it maintains a "ongoing system and vigorous discourse" on evolving and intricate subjects.
"Did the BBC prepared to have a thorough conversation and debate and act accordingly?" she asks herself. "As I see it, affirmative, they were."
